Angel: By the time we arrived at the NY State Fair, we had eaten burgers from 7 of the 10 places nominated. Bistro Tallulah (full story to here) was our personal favorite, but sadly they couldn’t attend the competition. The Westchester Burger Company (read the full story here) was our next favorite to win.
