This began with finding a website that lists, what they consider to be, the best burger in each state. From there, a simple quest was made… and a year later, we finally acted on it and the first ‘best’ burger was enjoyed.
While we’ve both been lifelong burger enthusiasts and knew how drastically different they could be- need it be how they taste, their fixings, or how they were cooked, we never understood or even imagined how life changing they they could be.
Since the first burger, we’ve gone on to taste and enjoy many more. Some have been have merely been good while others have, in fact, been life changing events. This is the story of our new quest… to find and document the best burger for ourselves in each state using numerous reviews, ‘top lists,’ and the all important recommendations to find them. We’ll try to plan a road trip as often as possible and come back here with our tale.
For us, the journey is just as important as the destination… so we’ll be writing down every step of the way (and the occasional step that wasn’t even part of the quest), but for those in a rush or whom simply want to know about the burgers, feel free to skip ahead to the review pages.
