Ostrich BareBurger Supreme w/Fries
Colby jack, gourmet battered onion rings, blackened maple bacon, lettuce, and chopped french fries

Burger Score:
5 pt out of 5 for the Overall
I’m not an organic crazed fanatic, but there might be something to it. It tastes good.

5 pt out of 5 for the Quality/originality
There’s no denying the taste of their extremely fresh and top quality organic ingredients.

5 pt out of 5 for the Presentation
With the onion rings on top, this burger was a thing of beauty when it was set down before us.

4 pt out of 5 for the Toppings
As with everything else on the burger, they were high quality and full of flavor.

5 pt out of 5 for the Meat
Perfectly cooked ostrich is magical meat. Of course, they also offer organic, free range, pasture raised, hormone/ antibiotic free beef.

5 pt out of 5 for the Bun
They have a few different offerings. We went with their brioche roll and were very happy we did.

3 pt out of 3 for the Temp
This burger was cooked perfectly.

2 pt out of 2 for the IT factor
There was something about it that had us wishing we could have had more… and more.

Burger Total: 34 pt out of 35

While I’ll admit we somewhat veered by ordering the ostrich instead of beef, this was an amazing, amazing burger.

5 pt out of 5 for the location.
Everything, from the wonderful aromas, vibrant colors, art styling (including utensils being used to create a lamp), and helpful service, make this a place everyone should visit.

5 pt out of 5 for value.
At first, I thought the $14 we paid was high, but then I realized that we had paid extra to order an ostrich burger, but, even at $14, the burger and included fries were well worth it.

2 pt out of 5 bonus points.
+1 quality of ingredients
+1 variety of ingredients and meats offered. Not only do they have the usual choices of beef, chicken, or turkey, but (for a small additional price) they offer elk, bison, lamb, and ostrich (and a large offering for vegetarians).
